I'm not familiar with Zippy Courses, but if you're talking about discussions on blogs being linked with the forum then yes, you can achieve that nicely with the Blog Post Linking plugin. My guess would be that if Zippy Courses uses blog posts as it's discussion medium then this should work nicely.
OfflineIt integrates with bbpress, using a shortcode link in the course "page". I'm assuming if there is a shortcode for a particular topic or forum, I'll be able to utilize it in the same manner.

no, the forum appears on a single wp page... you cannot have it on multiple pages or different forums on different pages...
that said, given the limited info provided, I still think I is correct and blog linking allows you to tie any wp blog post to a topic in the forum and have it replace the wp comment system... but does assume your zippy courses, uses the standard wp comment system...
