Working or not I really most strongly refute the notion that this was anything to do with the last SP update. Using a third party version of the jQuery library does NOT abide by WordPress standards and it is something they are trying to stop happening. They have even been talking openly lately about failing themes and plugins that do this.

So - if you think it might now be working what has changed please?
