Is there a possibility that I am able to see what a user is doing on the forum?

Like which post the user has visited and which files the user has downloaded ?

not sure what you mean...

in the stats you can see which users are online... 

if you user are users online plugin, you can see which forum page they are visiting...

since we dont really 'download' files, afraid there is no record...  we display links to uploaded file which users can grab, but they are not through any kind of download manager - hence no record...

We have the forum on a membership site and correct it would be great if we could see what the users have done in the first week when they join.

But the only log available is now the plugin event log right ?

That was my question is it possible to extract those details somewhere in the database or anywhere else.

Afraid we do not retain information on what topics a user loads and views. On a large and busy forum that data alone could turn into a huge table with little benefit of 99% of users. The Event Logger plugin does not allow for this either.
