Has me stumped then I am afraid. Clearly has to be the WP theme or something associated with the WP theme but I can not tell what that is. I think it would need taking apart, piece by piece, to see what happens when components were excluded.
I DO see that the theme is making use of the Bootstrap library - at least I assume it is the theme. This can cause problems with buttons not working because it breaks the jquery.ui script. Bootstrap is not supported by WordPress and the jQuery.ui is. One way this can sometimes be dealt with is to ensure that Bootstrap is loaded before the jQuery.ui library. I believe this is not happening on your site.
But I also tend to think this is a red herring as it would not be responsible for the scripting errors showing up in the console. Something on your site is stopping jQuery from working and then errors cascade as things fail.
I will keep looking but at the moment I see no culprits. But I DO see a lot of things that I have not encountered before any one of which could be the root cause of the issue.
