Hello,
other forums have pre-defined positions, where to add ads like e.g. adsense code.
Is there sometinhg like this for simlpe:press? E.g. placing ads between posts or at the bottom?
If no, how to proceed here? Shall I manually ad the ads code into the template files of the theme? And is there any introduction how to do this?

you can add the ad code where you like in the template files... or you can hook into one of many, many display filters and output them via a function hooked into the filter (or action)...
