You are correct.  I opened in IE and bubbles show the tooltips.  Any idea what's up with my Mozilla browser?  Javascript?

It's Firefox 35.0.1 and I checked the add-ons. Only one seemed like it might would block pop-ups, so I disabled and restarted browser, did not help. I also unchecked block pop-ups under the browser tools and that didn't help.

It was an add-on.  An over-zealous email filter that was also running on the browser.  I disabled and all is well now.  Thank you for your help!
