Bug - Wrench tool does not show in Mac Safari

The tiny hidden tool on the bubble for deleting, editing, moving topics does not show up on Mac Safari.

It does show on Firefox if you know to hover over the bubble, but it's so hidden It's a bit difficult to know it exists....

The bubble looks more like a conversation popup than a Forum Tool location.

Not it doesn't does it. Yet oddly does show up on Chrome which is also using the webkit engine.

And the beauty of themes and templates is that if you don't like the way it looks then you can change it.
