Pretty much what the title says. None of the buttons in the Forum admin area work when clicked on. Nor do the menu links work once the Forum admin panel displays.

I've not added any new plugins, only updated as needed, in the past year since installing Simple:Forums.

WP 3.5.1

upgraded from what version to what version? Its been some time since we released an update (stuck waiting on WP 3.6)...

did you clear your browser cache? possible wp or sp js was updated so cache could be invalid...

so what happens?

Whenever the last update was, that's the one I have installed.

Yes, cleared everything.  The attached image show what I get in the Forums admin screen.

I should have said "...Since WP Upgrade."

your notes seem to indicate a js conflict of some sort...  there was nothing in the last wp upgrade except some security fixes and of course SP is compatible...

anything in the error log?

with your browser console open, see if any errors are reported when you load an admin page...

Hi Mr. Papa,

This is the error message:

  1. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'ajax' of undefined     admin.php?page=simple-press/admin/panel-forums/spa-forums.php:92

I clicked on the link but have no idea what to do at that point.

Thank you,

Susan

Perhaps you could take a look at this codex entry: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/

And the what I would like you to do if you can is open a forum admin panel - any will do and the look at your html source in the browser (View Source) and search on 'jQuery'. How may copies are beinbg loaded and where are they being loaded from?

but all you did was upgrade wp to 3.5.2 and this occurred?  hard to see the relation...

I assume you have been using the same version of the access manager then?  no caching plugins?

Yes, all I did was upgrade to WP 3.5.2. Yes same version of UAM, and no caching plugins.

I guess I'll go through the process of deactivating plugins until I possibly find the reason.

Worth a test. maybe one if them wasn't compatible with wp upgrade. we have no other reports of this with tens of thousands of downloads.

would be interested in what you find.
