Can't access member profile

Not sure what's up, all of a sudden I cannot access my members profile. the profile icon is there, but not clickable.
I need to go in and cancel their membership. Using Stripe, WooCommerce Wish List plugin and wish list, so it may be one of those, but am trying to access their profile via the forum.
ideas?

here? or on your site? sounds like yours, but want to be sure...
do you have profiles enabled for avatars? would be on forum - profiles - profile options...
If so, any js errors in the browser console when you click on it?
perhaps, if using the combined css cache, try clearing it on forum - toolbox - housekeeping...
