Support Forum
I will try to run through some sites tomorrow with IE 10 and the wp admin bar too... wp still doesnt officially support IE 10 since its not formally released for win 7 yet, so guess there could be something there, but have not seen or heard of something like that...

Yes, I tested on IE10 on Win8. IE10 for Win7 was just released not long ago, and it isn't pushed with Windows Update yet, not many win7 users will be using it yet.
Can you post what themes/plugins you're using? Any overlapping ones we're using might help us narrow it down.
Also, was this member logged in when they reported the issue? Meaning do they see the WordPress admin bar when trying to use the forum? I don't have the issue when the admin bar is not displayed.
My testing has been on Win 7 and IE 10.. and IE 9 and IE 8... no access to a Win 8 box...
Thanks Nathan...

fix? nothing known to fix at this point... working fine for users (other than two here) and in our testing... never did get any data back from them to troubleshoot further...
so I guess we need more info (is a relatively old topic)... unfortunately, I have to use IE10 to test things out and for websites I develop... luckily its the best IE yet, but still catching up to other browsers in support of standards..
And as always a link to your site helps...

if you do, make sure you link back to this topic so we know what its about...
also since IE 10 notoriously hangs onto things via caching, want to make sure you are not running any caching plugins, right?
IF you are, you must tell it to not cache the forum page for ANY caching types you are using... all forum content appears on a single wp page and is dynamic in nature...

I'm getting reports of the same problem on my Simple:Press install. User has IE10 running Win8, can't navigate the forum because the hover elements are hovering over links. Identical to the first post in this thread.
Works fine in Chrome or Firefox.
I'm running version 5.3.1 of the plugin and version 3.6.1 of WP.
@kbiglione
I am not seeing that issue here or on my test sites.
Could we get a url to yours and try it there?
