Hello, I can't seem to access the SimplePress Plugins Page.

When I goto https://simple-press.com/downl.....d-plugins/ it just redirects me to https://simple-press.com/.

Thanks,

David

yes - correct...  unfortunately, you purchased the membership with an echeck from paypal... that means that paypal does not actually transfer any funds to us until your check clears for them...  so we dont allow access to the plugins until that time...  but we did give you forum access a good faith measure... ;)

Ok, I was just wondering. Yeah the forum is really helpful, I don't think I ever would have figured out that s2member thing without your help.

Thanks,

David

glad to help... usually takes 3-5 business days for everything to clear... if you get notification that it cleared and you still cant access, let us know... sometimes the wishlist member chokes on these echecks... but will get you access quickly if it fails...

Hey,Regarding the plugin access

Today, I got message entitled "Please Complete Your Registration" from your website. I filled out the form and still no access to the plugin page.

I also checked paypal and the payment has cleared.

Can you please look into this?

The account appears to be functioning totally normally on both the support and codex sites. What exactly happens when you try to access to plugins download page please?

As mentioned previously, with the echeck there was likely to be a manual component to this.

Please try again as I have updated your account and you should be good to go.

Thanks everyone works and this have been a great learning experience.

Is this just a wishlist member issue, or is it an issue that effects most membership plugins? I am asking because working on setting up a membership site with s2member.

Thanks

Sorry - what issue do you mean? If you mean the delay in access then that is actually a PayPal issue and the use of e-checks.

Yellow Swordfish

Well according to Mr. Papa wishlist member sometimes has a problem adding/upgrading people to the membership site once the e-check has cleared. So I believe that Mr. Papa had to manually update my membership.

Also this brings up another question, since I had access to the forum on jan 5 and complete access today on the jan 9. When does my membership silver member end? Two months from the jan 5 or Two months from jan 9?
