Support Forum
Hey KVR thanks for the advice.
I'm was lucky enough to have a developer sitting next to me here at the coworking space that has fixed the font and hyperlink issue.
My problem now is still with the Admin Toolkit not opening.
YellowSwordFish and Mr. Papa - If Simple:Press is not compatible with OptimizePress please make a note of it before we spend time and money installing the forums.
If I can't access my admin toolkit, then Simple:Press' forums aren't useable for me in the long run and I should have just installed Phpbb.
What can we do to fix the toolkit from not loading? Is there someone else I can contact about this issue?

It is becoming a little tiresome repeating ourselves here but how on earth are we supposed to know that this OptimizePress (whatever it is because I am not sure) has not been created as a proper and standard WordPress component? Let us get this 100% straight. The WordPress team have recently been discussing how they can find these 'bad' themes and plugins and ban them from their repository as they are well aware of the problems that they often cause.
There are thousands of WP themes and plugins. It is laughable to think for one minute that we could test them all.
On the page where you downloaded Simple:Press there is a link to the 'Requirements' (https://simple-press.com/docum.....uirements/). The text encourages you to read it. On that page is a note regarding the non-standard and destructive use of jQuery libraries.

Yes - as we have also already told you. Contact the authors of this OptimizePress. They should actually be able to fix this issue in minutes. Have you even talked to them about it?
OK - I have now hunted them out and see how much you paid them. I think it is even worse that here you have a paid-for premium solution that is incorrectly coded. Still - they do promise support so I would encourage you to use it. It is what it is for.
We don't mind being criticised if we get something wrong. If someone finds a problem we try and fix it quickly and help them resolve issues. I am quite often answering questions here at 7 in the morning (like this one) and at 11 that same night. But your repeated and inaccurate suggestion that the fault lies, in this case, at our door has now gone far enough. I believe we have answered this topic in full and at length and it now needs closing unless there is anything new to day about it.
