Can't upload or change avatar

When I go to upload a new avatar, the path showing for the image to upload comes bake like this:

C:\fakepath\VoiceoverCityLogo_50x75.jpg

The real path is:

C:\Users\Resized\VoiceoverCityLogo_50x75.jpg

What could be causing this?

First thought is that this sounds like an operating system issue on your PC but perhaps you could provide more details.

So are you saying that the actual term 'fakepath' is being seen? Is this in the browse input field after selecting an image to upload? Does this term mean anything to you from any other plugin or software (as it means nothing to us)?

Typically that should not be causing an upload issue but try this in IE:

Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom->locate "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server"->Enable

Then it will show the correct path.
