Complete Registration Requests

I've just renewed my silver membership and clicked on 'existing members, please click here' link and successfully logged in, all working fine.

However, I keep getting emails asking me to 'Complete Your Registration'. Obviously I can't, as my details already exist.spreg.JPGImage Enlarger

odd... but we are still showing that your registration is not complete... its waiting for you to apply the purchase to the existing account...

I can force it to apply it if you like...

I take that back...  it has applied it...  the account looks good...  where are you seeing that message?  after doing what?  you seem to be able to post in the forum, so confused as to the problem....

Every hour or so I get an email asking me to complete my registration.

It seems to have stopped now.... at least I haven't had one for a while. I initially had 4 emails, exactly 1 hour apart.

I do see that despite your applying the purchase to the existing account, wishlist still lists the new purchase as registration not complete... yet you clearly added it to the existing account...

let us know if starts back up and we can clean up that incomplete registration... but dont want to mess with it if its resolved...
