OfflineHow do I get my custom icons to show on all browsers. My colleague is unable to see to of the forum icons on her mac using Safari, but I can see everything on my mac in Chrome. Just want to make sure all of our site visitors can see the icons (mobile devices, all browsers, etc). Do I need to make them tiff files?

OfflineHey Anne,
If you are able to see all your custom icons correctly then everybody else should be able to as well. You definitely shouldn't have to do anything like use a specific format.. Can they view them if they use a different browser?
First thing to try would be clearing Safari's browser cache.

OfflineSorry to be blunt but as was said above - if they show up on one system then they are working. Some browsers hang on to cached items a lot longer than others and do not release everything when the cache is cleared. Safari to be honest - is a junk browser.
If one user sees them - they work. there is no doubt.

What icons? Unless it's a feature that they don't have permission for, icons are enough per user based..

OfflineFigured out that I didn't have our custom icons set for all of the available options. I only set a custom icon for "Custom forum icon," I never went in and added custom icons for everything else in the list:
