Support Forum
can you look in your db and see how many rows you have in the sfauths table?

The sfauths table only has 31 rows. Can I empty this table?
My site forum delay for logged in members now takes 4-6 seconds when clicking on most pages. I notice that this Simple:Press support forum at least today takes 3-4 seconds. That is not hugely different, so maybe users of my forum just have to live with the 4-6 seconds. I don't know if this lagginess is unique to Simple:Press or other forum software packages have the same issue. Any comments?
Maybe the only fix is a dedicated server. Any thoughts?
NO. leave that table alone... that sounds like right number...
since simple press sits on top of WordPress it will be slower than a standalone forum...
we have a VPS, but have not gone whole hog... a dedicated will give you better response... and as mentioned earlier, if yu cut down the number of forums listed on group view, for example, it would speed up... maybe use some sub forums...
we are constantly working on improving throughput and adding new cached elements...
