I have been trying to delete a moderator from my forum. I looked at other posts on the SP forum but no matter what I do I can't seem to delete this moderator.
I go into Manage User Groups, click Move/Delete under Moderators. I select Moderators from the User Group dropdown. I select the name "Danna Hopkins", move it to the selected members window and click delete/move members. Her name goes away. But when I refresh the screen she is still listed under Moderators. She is also still listed as a moderator on the front end of the forum.
I am so frustrated, can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hey Jenn,
The only thing I can think of is from the way you've described the process, 'I selected Moderators from the User Group dropdown', should actually be the destination - i.e as you are already editing members in the 'moderators' group you should use this dropdown to select the group you want to move them to.
