I resintalled from scratch, put all the fines in the location stated in then integration and it's now showing the popup tool, which is a little hidden, but I get this error when trying to delete:

Otr this error if I turn off other plugins:

I see one problem with this when subscriptions are turned on but not the others. Did you update the SP plugins from svn as well?
You are still getting some very strange and unique issues which I am unable to replicate. Something in your website there is having some sort of negative effect but I sadly do not know what it is...
