Hi,
1. After installing the subsciption plugin, I can see a subscribe button when I'm an admin, but I can not see that when I'm a user. Could you please advise why ?
2. Even as an admin, when I subscribe, I do not get an email notification.
I am using WP SMTP plugin, and my site is sending emails correctly when tested the WP SMTP plugin.
3. How do I remove the Math required for users - before submitting ?

4. How do I add the text editing upper menu (bold, italics, underline, bullets,....) to the area of the text writing when user writes a post ?

note- on (4), I ebabled the TinyMCE option, try "Forcing" option, Still, It doesn't show.
on (1-3), Just FYI - I'm using role manager + Wishlist. So Standard users are
users with a dedicated membership role. I'm not allowing users to subscribe by themselves in the forum.
They get the privileges of "Standard User" Automatically by the group they and membership level they
belong to. Not sure if that's important to address my questions, but wrote it in case it is.

and one more note on (4):
Checking the "Reject posts with embedded formatting and force correct use of paste options" option in
TinyMCE editor skin, then saving (not sure what it does - just tried it...)
Says that it was saved, but refreshing the page shows it was not saved.

math spam is a permission... allow bypassing it for permission sets you dont want to have the question...
sp does not send emails... wp sends them... what are your subscription options settings? users must have permission to subscribe to topics... did you give them permission? if you are unsure about permissions and how they work, see our getting started topics at: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....ng-access/
sorry, what is tinymce forcing option? what skin did you try to set?
do you have a screenshot of your tinymce? are you getting any buttons? which buttons you set is on the tinymce options panel... if you are not getting tinymce toolbar, you likely have a plugin that is adding things to the wp editor incorrectly... too many assume the wp editor is only used in the admin.. but its fully supported on the front end, but if something adds a button or plugin incorrectly (ie assuming admin only) it will break the wp editor...

Allow subscribe to forums in addition to forums - Off
Enable subscription digest - On
Frequency - Daily
Force digest - On
Include in post - On
Premisins allow users to subscribe.
A. User that subscribes - doesn't get an update email when updates occur (I wanted instant email update).
B. I am after having the user click round button that allows to subscribe (under options) visible automatically
when user is posing, and not have him click the "options" in order to see that.
I saw it was possible on wishlist insiders - but I don't know how to configure that.
3. TinyMCE - No toolbar at all. Nothing is seen.
I tried disabling all plugins but wishlist, role manager and simple press (keeping canvas theme on).
It didn't help.

2.B is solved. found the configuration, but, the text and buttons seem to go beyond the option boarder.
See image. My question for 2B now is - how to make sure that the option border includes all text and is not leaving words out as in the attached picture.

so btw, you have subscription digests on and force digest on... so you wont get emails for new topics on subscribed topics... instead they would get a daily summary of the new topics... sent by wp... if you want instant updates, turn off digests... digests are summaries sent daily or weekly...
are you running an extremely narrow width for foreign content???

Not sure what you mean by "foreign content", I'm not using a narrow width for the forum.

B. The "Watch" option looks out of the boxed frame. Appreciate your Assistance.
