Support Forum
Hello!
I installed the subscription plug in on our simple:press forum so members could receive email notifications from the forum when someone posts in reply to their topic.
We can view the subscription plugin on the wordpress dashboard and choose the settings. However, whenever the subscription plug in turned on, our forum on the site goes blank. There are no forum heading available or any posts. When we turn the subscription plug in off, the forum returns. Can you help us understand what is happening and how to fix this?
Our members have specifically requested having email notifications from the forum and we purchased the plug in at your recommendation. Thank you.

Most often when the screen goes completely blank then there has been what is called a PHP 'fatal error'.
Can you take a look in the forum admin > Toolbox > Error Log - and see if there are any errors (shaded pink) recorded. If so can you copy and paste them here please.

Thank you for your reply. There are no Error Logs in pink only in blue.
I have copied them below for you to see. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you,

The easiest way would be through your server control panel. Usually there is a php section with an icon to view the error log.
Let us just step back a moment though. One question I should have asked you is if all of your Simple:Press components are fully up to date. Both core (5.7) and the Subscriptions plugin (1.5). If they are not then you might just be seeing a compatibility issue.
