each forum admin and moderator needs to visit the forum admin > Admins > Your Admin Options panel and turn the setting on to receive emails.

thank you... can I do that for them?

And if not, how do I give them access to the admin?

No, not currently. But we do have an open ticket to consider adding that ability in the future.

No, sorry, was a very delayed email reply to original post...

yes, each admin and moderator can log in to their account and go to that panel Andy referenced and change their options... you cannot set it for them...

I hate to appear daft but how do moderators access the forum admin page?

I can b/c I'm the admin. I can't figure out what to tell them to do BEFORE "forum admin > Admins > Your Admin Options panel and turn the setting on to receive emails."

Are yiou sayng that the usual url route to the admin - i.e., domain name followed by '/wp-admin' does not work for them? Are you blocking them via their WP role in the forum > Options > Global Settings or maybe another 3td party plugin?

Can I please have more clarification? The Moderators in our forums are not WP Admins. How can they then use the admin entry mysite/wp-admin to find the forums settings for notification?

My Moderators have begged me to set their notifications. Can you please let me know exactly how they can do that?

Take it back a step. Have your moderators actually tried to get to the site admin? You have not answered that question?
