The login problem... you mentioned was a WP problem. Do you have any idea where that might be coming from or how I would go about diagnosing it?

The third issue, I will see if that person can be a bit more specific about when/where that happens and if she can to get me some screen shots.

I don't think I said it can be easily fixed!
The reason - and I should have perhaps been more specific - was contained in that error message that I highlighted. It is some sort of security thing (not my area of expertise I am afraid) that is preventing the TinyMCE font file from being loaded.
Assuming you do not have any security related plugin active I would pass this over to your hosting support and ask them about it. Send that message text with the note that you do need that fnt file to be loaded at all times.
As to login - if you are using any sort of membership plugin that may effect login then I would take the issue to the authors of that. Or the WP forums. One thing I will ask is try and find out what computer and browser the person is using having the problem. If by chance it is a Mac and Chrome browser then come back as there is a small bug in Chrome that can cause login confusion and I can tell you how to get around it.
