Errors upgrading tom SP5

Bottom line is that the upgrade did not work for me.
According to your answers above, the only solution is to restore an old db and try again.
Please let me know what tables are part of SP and I will manually take care of this mess.
If you have any other solution, please also let me know that.

mod_evasive?? wow, never heard of that one... seems better enabled only when needed a lot of scripts or ones that use ajax may have problems with that... certainly our install or upgrade will as you note since we send multiple ajax requests fairly quickly at that time...
