It probably makes no difference at all and has no relevance but can you tell me which template tags you are using and where – and are any such tags displayed on the forum page itself?
As far as I remember, I was only using the widget “Recent posts”. Nothing else.
Ah – not promising – but I will add it to the pile of info we are looking at…
Thanks for your patience.
Good day Stefano
Would you be able to take a look at your php error log file on the server? There must ve one somewhere. If you do not know where it is then you can often see it using the link in your hosting control panel – cPanel being the most common. We are referring to the php error log NOT the server or Apache error log here. Looking for anything to do with being unable to load something to do with SP or with SP in the error text.
If you find anything I would suggest a copy and paste and email it to us at the contact email link in the sidebar. Sometimes the error text can contain full path information which you do not want to make public.
If there is nothing of use in the error log – would you consider allowing us FTP access so we can put some debug code in place to try and determine where things are going wrong?
Hi Andy.
On my cPanel there is a link “Error logs”. I looked at it and it’s completely empty.
I am happy to send you the FTP access via PM, which is the cPanel access as well.
I am doing it now.
Hey Stefano,
Andy is currently not around and it’s the wrong time of day for Steve.. I can’t see anything standing out in the bug tracker so I’m going to say not yet.. But will have to wait for confirmation on that!
can you summarize the problem? sorry, after 6 pages, I got a bit confused..
did you ever send the ftp info Andy requested in post 50? I dont see it, but maybe only sent to Andy… or I deleted it already since we try not to keep credential info very long…
Hi Steve!
Yes, I sent Andy the FTP info and, if I remember correctly, I sent it to you and Ike as well just like Andy told me to do.
I am happy to send it again if needed.
The problem is: i cannot activate the widget that comes with the plugin Template Tags and Widgets because the CSS get completely messed up.
Sorry Steve, I just found out that I sent the FTP to Andy, Ike and Brandon, not to you!
I can send it anytime, just let me know.
Let me summarise for @mr-papa because i am completely stumped.
The site is at http://www.rankboost.de/rankcloud/login/ and Stefano has PMed credentials.
Basically if you activate the Template Tags plugin then all the forum CSS is lost – not loaded.
Info and what we checked:
Deactivate the template tags plugin and all works.
I think that is the complete list. Stefano – so you agree?
Not exactly, Andy…
The site is http://www.irsa-stringers.com and I don’t know what PMed credentials mean and no WordFence.
I am using Unified.
As for the rest, it should be about right…
Whoops! That’s one of the problems with sharing topics started by other users! Sometimes you don’t notice and answer the wrong people!
OK. Apart from that it seems good….
