This problem exists prior login, once I login this misalignment is gone. Everything becomes ok.

I am seeing you are using jQuery UI sourced from Google. That can cause some problems like you have.

This is explained a lot better than I can here. http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/ (You may have to login first using your same login here.)

You can also try switching to a WordPress supplied theme and see if the problem goes away. That will help to determine if a WP theme issue or a WP plugin issue.
