Forum menu disappearing from the mobile menu (only) when in Forum page !

This is going to come down partly to how the theme authors are generating the menu and may also be, in part, caused by a long-standing WordPress bug that we have been trying to convince them to fix for some years now.
What is the option setting for 'Filter WP list pages' on the forum admin > Integration > Page and Permalink panel and does changing it make any difference?
