so...  got your credentials... thanks...

multiple issues to work... your site is throwing several js/jquery errors on page loads... they should be resolved...

your site is also throwing multiple cross origin requests blocked messages...  and its from trying to load font stuff from you site..  might be that its trying https but your site is not https...

so back to the jquery errors...

several are from bootstrap.js which your theme is loading...  bootstrap.js is known to conflict with the jquery ui that comes with wp...  if theme owners want to use it, they need to ensure that its loaded before jquery ui or lots of jquery will be broken...  on your site, bootstrap.js is loaded without the dependency so likely causing your issue...

first thing I would do is go to forum - integration - page and permalink and make sure the forum js is loaded in the footer... this may be enough to get the js loaded in right order since we pull wp jquery ui with us...  may not either if the wp theme just forces theirs last...  if that is the case, you will need to modify the theme to correct the bootstrap.js loading..  we can help with this if you find where its loaded...

a quick test, if you wanted, would be to switch to the default wp theme and see if the stuff starts working...

what about all the questions in the preceding post??  we have taken a look, but need some feedback info from you...
