What effect will Guttenberg have on simplepress? Is sp tinymce editor internal or using WordPress editor?

Personally I don't like Guttenberg and have already installed the tinymce plugin with the last update.

should be no impact, I would think...  at least not with Gutenberg as a plugin...

will have to see what happens to core when they include it down the road...  worst case, they remove tinymce from core and we have to add it (back) to our plugin...

long term, the new team taking over development may look at using it as an editor in simple press - cant really say...
