Just purchased the $135 package and cannot download anything. My checkout page doesn't look right (simple white background and unformated list on left side) and there's no button to proceed and download 🙁
Any idea on how to proceed?
I like SimplePress so far.

I don't see anything wrong with the site - it all seems to be displaying as expected.
Are you logged in with your new account? And if you proceed to the 'account' page are you not presented with any download buttons there?

Yes logged in. Troubleshooting and think the problem happens when there's too many items in the cart. I reached 40 I think, checked back in with the checkout page and same problem on Firefox. I tried Chrome earlier.
What's worst there's no way to clear this. Tried logging in and out. Tried clicking the Empty Basket link, nothing 🙁
I like SimplePress so far.

First we have heard of such behavior. May I ask how you got 40 items in cart? Not sure we have that many considering one would normally add bundles rather than that many items for reduced cost. Still, that won't help you now. 😉
If empty cart doesn't work for you then I would suggest clearing your browser cookies for our domain as that will do the same. Note, you likely will have to log back in after clearing the cookies.

Got it to work by going to different browser and only adding about 10 items at a time.
How? Well you have at least 40 plugins from what I can tell. I didn't know I can download a bundle, just went one by one and added to my cart. As far as the cost I'm on the platinum plan so they are all included as far as I know.
Yes tried clearing cart, cookies, but still didn't work. Had to go to different browser and do small batches. Took a while but got it to work.
I like SimplePress so far.

Well I am glad you got there but it is most odd. We have definitely seen people fill their cart and download more than 40 before now (there are nearer 70 plugins actually). I don't think we can explain it but am sorry you had so much trouble.
