looks like you have a plugin messing with jquery ui... perhaps its not updated for the latest jquery ui and wp changes...

it seems to be the crux of the problem.... its using a quite old version...
the version wp just changed to is 1.10.2... so its probably not up to date....

How the hell did you find that?
Just removed a couple of WP-addins (one was called "fonts") that I wasnt using and rechecked the site and my problem is now gone!!!! Excellent. Thanks heaps for identifying this even though it wasnt a Simple Press issue. It also fixed up the "x" box to close the pictures which was coming up double. Just shows you have to be careful what plugins you activate.
