All of a sudden yesterday, we can't access our forums.  When we go to the forum page and click on a specific forum, it redirects us to the log in page (even though we are logged in).  relogging in doesn't help - it simple kicks us out to the log in page each time we try to get into the actual forums.

I have tried this as a simple user AND admin, and have tried it on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.  No updates have been made to any plug in or WP so I'm not sure why NOW it's not working.

I've checked with Ontraport, who manages the users to the main site itself (classroom.restorativewellnesssolutions.com) and everything is running smoothly there.  The users have to have memberships to the site itself, and once they are in, should be able to click on Forum and use  their specific forum.

I have looked high and low for any help on this issue, but haven't found anything. Any help here?  TIA

No, its not - will move it to right spot in general topics and reply there...

so things dont just happen for no reason..  what has changed on your site? plugins update?  theme update?

try going to forum - integration - page and permalink and update the forum permalink...  not likely to help but lets try in case something that updated flushed the rules...

if no luck, go to forum - toolbox- housekeeping and trying clearing the auths cache...

do you have link?  no caching, right?
