We want to clear out ALL Private Messaging threads but would like to give Members the option to archive.

Is there any way to achieve this other than by using Copy / Paste?

Nothing built in I am afraid. And the data structure is quite complex so I am not even convinced we could work up a decent SQL query that would allow individual PM threads to be cleanly exported.

OK, thanks. Maybe put it at the bottom of your undoubtedly long list of possible future enhancements.

HOWEVER, allowing the ability to PRINT PM threads as you do with Forum posts would allow PDFs to be created using certain Printer Drivers. Printing alone would be most useful.

Now that, I do know, is higher on the list - but that's not a promise!
