License key has reached its activation limit

I had resubbed to Gold in November and only just realized I never updated the licenses in the SP plugin itself. I obtained my license number from the SP account site, but trying to add the license for each plugin throws an error saying "your license key has reached its activation limit."

Nearly all of my plugins are not updating as a result.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi:

What is the site URL you're trying to activate?  Your current site is registered with us as www,oxebridge.com/.  If you're trying to activate a different site that might be the issue.

Thanks.

Not sure if that reply was meant for me, but I can't view it.

Hi - what is the url of the site that you're trying to activate?  There is currently a site already activated for your license - maybe you're trying to activate a different site.  Since the license is only for one site a different url would cause the message you're seeing.

Thanks.

OK, the forum existed at a lower level directory (www.abc.com/xyx, not http://www.abc.com). I went in and added the full URL to the directory, and it seems to be working.

I have to manually add the license to each plugin individually, though, and wait for individual activation. This may take a while.

OK all licenses are updating. I'll close this.

Problem was related to pointing to the wrong subdirectory. You have to point your license to the exact folder where the SP Forum instance exists.
