Hi,

When people log into our form and head over to Profile to edit it, they are getting this error message:

Profile form could not be found: [Account Settings]

You might try the forum - toolbox - housekeeping admin form and reset the profile tabs and menus and see if that helps

You can test out an account by heading over to http://tribewriters.com/members/ and using these login credentials:

username: Martyn Chamberlin
password: password

Any suggestions? We're using the latest version of everything.
