@mention popup not displaying

Hey Guys,

Thanks as always for the great support. I am wondering (and hoping LOL) that there is a simple fix for this issue.

I am using the @mention plugin and it is working, however I can't get the popup feature to work. In other words, someone types in the @name and the popup list of possible users to mention is not appearing.

Have you encountered this issue before? If so is there a simple and quick fix?

think we had one other user and it was a js conflict... I assume tinymce works just fine for you?

do you have link to site to look for obvious conflicts?

Yes, tinymce seems to be working just fine.

If it is OK I will PM you with logins to the site (membership site) so you can check out the forum.

Solved!

I didn't realize I needed to activate and use Tinymce in order for the @mention popup feature to work.

I just activated it and everything is working fine. Thank you!

no worries. but, yes. tinymce is required for mentions.
