Hi:

Do you have just the Simple:Press plugin installed or did you install the other Simple:Press add-ons as well?  If so, can you disable the simple:press add-ons from FORUM->PLUGINS?

If you can't get to the FORUM->PLUGINS menu option, you might need to remove them directly from the server using FTP. Just remove the files under wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins.

If you installed all the Simple:Press plugins in one shot, tt is possible that you ended up installing a plugin that requires a newer version of Simple:Press - we do have a couple of those.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your quick response.

Yes I have installed some SP plugins.

How to identify which plugin is causing this problem?

My simple press version is 6.0.6

I have attached the list of plugin I have already installed.

Thanks and Regards

Hi:

I think you forgot to add the list of plugins to your message.  However, if you have the ADS or ANALYSIS plugin installed, you should disable those.  They require the upcoming version of Simple:Press to be installed (you can check the requirements on the individual documentation pages for those items).

Thanks.

Hi - just wanted to let you know that we pushed version 6.1 of Simple:Press to the wordpress.org repository so if you update to that, you should be able to enable the Analytics and Ads plugin if you wish.

Thanks.
