This is why I asked you how you installed it. Where did you put it?

By default the location is wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/

This directory is empty.

I did it from the Dashboard. Since I can't see it, I think it was: Forum>Plugins - select the zip file. Activated. Site gone.

There us no such folder as Forum/plugins. Did you look at the codex article as that explains how to install plugins for the first time. Meamwhile - wherever you put it, it sounds like it is messing with things and needs to be moved out.

FIXED. I must have clicked the wrong site off cpanel.

I re-checked and found the file with the - 1 on the end. Removed. Site loads.
