No mouseover toolbox in ie9

I can't get the toolbox to come up in ie9 - I have to go to firefox if I want to pin or delete a post.

works fine for me in IE 9... must be some sort of js conflict? any more details you can provide?

if you temp switch to wp default theme, still issue?
