Ok, so just to be totally clear, what i'm seeing for my own user-id is the attached. Screen-shot-2014-04-30-at-11.48.28.pngImage EnlargerWill I replace a:1:{s:13:"administrator";b:1;} with the full code in the post that Steve linked me to?

Thanks so much - done and dusted and working perfectly now. For some reason the original SP Admin. only had some capabilities and managing admins was not one of them. Thanks again ;)
