Starting two days ago none of our users are able to reply to or start new threads =/
Not sure what happened, no one changed anything. Suddenly pressing the "reply" button for every user does nothing.

Sorry to be blunt but if things work and then they stop working something must have changed.
Sounds like a classic script conflict so my guess would be a new WP plugin, WP theme or perhaps an update to a plugin. There is always a reason 🙂
So - any ideas?

Has anyone seen anything like this before? We don't even know where to start with troubleshooting

Yes we have - and it has always - or maybe 99.9% of the time - been caused by something of the nature I mentioned in post 2 above... So that is still the first question to address.

okay well... I just deactivated everything, and then I tried to reactivate simple press... and now I can't.
It gave me this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function sp_add_glossary_keyword() in /var/www/html/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-plugins/announce/sp-admin-glossary.php on line 15

Maybe one of the forum plugins got corrupted somehow? I'm not sure

Ah... That sounds like you have updated some SP plugins (like Announce) but NOT updated core Simple:Press itself. Which should be available in the WP Updater page and should be version 5.6.3.1

No in the standard wp updater. Under dashboard. All simple press updates (core, plugins and themes are listed there)...
