I am getting this error from your server when trying to upgrade:

6624<!-- WP Super Cache is installed but broken. The path to wp-cache-phase1.php in wp-content/advanced-cache.php must be fixed! -->

now, I dont see wp super cache there but perhaps you had it at one time?  and did not remove the advanced-cache.php file from your server?

worth checking and removing if not running it... and see if that helps...

also, be sure to remove "WP_CACHE" from the wp_config.php file...
