Here is a bug report from a user: “still having difficulty with uploading – still does nothing when I hit add files I get zip, nada, no message, no error, nothing..”
Do you think this is a browser issue? She is using a new computer with ie8. Any idea what the problem could be?
not really… its been holding up like a champ… in fact, wp 3.3 has decided to use the same js library for uploading media that we use…
any more info you can provide? with developers tools for IE and console open, any errors?

She upgraded to ie9 and is still getting nothing when she clicks the “Upload Attachments” button. This used to be happening to everyone on my forum, but then I took out my jquery stuff and it solved it for everyone else. She is not computer savvy, so I won’t be able to debug on her machine (does anyone know of a good remote support program I could use?)
Try to talk her though clearing her browser cache. IE8 was very stubborn about holding on to cached JS so that might be the problem.
