Yes, it didn't work here. I wanted to reset my passwort and the email I am getting doesn't display the HTML code proper, but instead shows all the HTML tags like when you look at the source code.

Is it possible that your email client is not processing html emails. This is what it sounds like. Or are your users experiencing this issue?

to further what Andy says, if you copy the html to your browser url, does it load? if so, nothing wrong except your client is not accepting html emails as Andy says...
