Ok, please forgive me if I did this wrong not familiar with all this FTP stuff... went to the FTP right click on WP content and it says

Manual 0705

 is this what I'm looking for?

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!  was connecting into the wrong root....feel like an idiot but now I see everything....Mr. PAPA your unending support is golden....if you have a banner for your site send it over...will put it up on our site.  truly impressed with the support here.  Thanks a million!!!

about the only banner we have is the one in the header... or footer... we dont advertise well wink
