I appear to have a problem using this facility.
My members do not have the link button to the inbox visible when visiting the forum and so cannot use the system.
How do I correct this?

Well - let's start with the obvious question. Have you actually installed our Private Messaging plugin? If not then you need to download it from our download pages, install and activate. Details here: Installing a Simple:Press Plugin

if the answer to Andy's question is yes, then have you given users permission to use the pm system?

Thanks, gents....Admin can see the inbox link when logged on to the Forum but members cannot so I'm guessing it is installed.
Mr Papa....thanks for the link. When I click on it I'm taken to the codex page but, I receive a message advising me my membership has expired and, even when logged in, it still displays that message?

Apologies for that. We still have the odd gremlin in the works on renewals... Can you retry now please - I have manually reset the account and it should be good to go...
