getting this error on all the options within profile.

Profile form could not be found: [Account Settings]

Have reset the tabs and menus to no avail.

you did the profile reset on forum - toolbox - housekeeping?

its just the options menu?  all the other menus in the profile work fine?

no caching, right?

anything in the php error log?

are the files actually there on your server?  simple-press/forum/profile/forms...  are they web accessible?
