In the forum admin > toolbox > housekeeping panel is a task to reset the profile tabs back to their default. I honestly do not know if this retains translations but I rather suspect it does not.

So the issue really is why did it get confused and I wonder if this is something in the translation that was not 'liked' by the code. What language are you translating into and would you have used any special characters. Perhaps you could give me some examples so I can try and test run things this end.

Curious. I would not have expected Dutch to be a problem. We have no other reports of this behaviour by the way which makes it - in some way - more interesting to us.

Perhaps I might suggest translating in small chunks and then if it fails again you may be able to identify which translation caused it - if indeed it IS a character based error and not just one of those odd behavioural issues.

Oh dear. That sounds like us not escaping the text properly.

I will open a bug report and look into it.

Sorry for the problem. If it is an easy fox I will come back and post it here otherwise will see what we can do for the next update due around the end of the month...
