To clarify, the profile problem described in the first post DOES NOT occur on this website (simple-press.com/support-forum). It does, however, occur for ALL users on my forum (cringechannel.com/forum)

at this point, I think it would be best if you could create us a temp user account and pm us the details so we can see it actually happening... if that works, be sure to pm the credentials to both yellow swordfish and mr papa... and please link back to this topic so we can associate it with an issue where we asked for the data...
