This is a followup on a previous issue I had, see post 18 here: https://simple-press.com/suppo.....-2/#p94976

I am currently noticed a related problem, here are the details:

the mother forum http://www.arctablet.com/blog/.....ova-10-g2/ is locked (I don't want members posting there) and it contains 5 subforums. When looking at the main forum view http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/ the last post title and time are not representing the latest post from the subforums (currently in subforum http://www.arctablet.com/blog/.....2-general/) it rather seems to pick the last post from the last subforum in the list (http://www.arctablet.com/blog/.....ent-forum/ )

Can you help fixing that problem ?

Thank you.

I will open up a ticket and set up some test data to see if I can see anything...

I just wanted to confirm that SP 5.05 fixed the problem.

Thanks a lot for the great support and making this annoying bug quickly fixed.

Keep up the good work.

Quick follow up on that issue, while the fix worked fine for some time, it seems I am having a problem again:

See "Arnova 10G2 forum", topic count shows "No topics"

That's another '5.0.6' fix.

I have sent you a file on that as well - perhaps you'll give it a test!

I am bringing back this old topic so we have some history about a new issue I have discovered.

I have been reorganizing my forum so the forum index appears shorter, adding more subforums.

I now have a subforum containing 2 subforums here or here and few other forums.

The problem is the last post information (current from a post here, which is the forum inside a subforum inside a subforum) does not show in the mother forum here
Strangely, it's correctly propagated to the root forum as the index actually shows the right information:

http://www.arctablet.com/blog/forum/  :  Last Post aimeerob12 "Black screen Arnova 10G2" in the "Arnova G2 general discussions" section.

I hope this problem report is understandable :)

As a summary, here is the forum tree I am referring to:

Index >> Arnova G2 general discussions (subforum) >> Arnova 10 G2 (subforum) >> Arnova 10 G2 Hardware & Software problems (forum)

Please note this forum is live, so topic may move before my post here is read...
Also, I'm considering to remove this subforum and get back to the old structure, so please let me know when you read about the problem and I can restore my old forum setup.

Thank you.
