Hi there. I have several users who say they are having problems using mobile devices:

The problems are new.  The only recent change I've made is to update wp to 3.7. Everything with simple-press is up to date.

Thanks! :)

I'm sorry, but I can't. I don't own a mobile device or know anything about them. But the users on the thread are complaining about Kindle Fire (unable to sign in) and Android..HTC which is also Android, according to one of the users?

There are a number of people who are having issues.  Sign in doesn't work. Sign in button not visible. Keyboard to comment not visible.

Are you actually using our Unified mobile theme for your site? If not I would suggest you install that and set it for use by mobile devices.

I am pretty sure that, Brandon installed the new version for me. Where is this setting, please?  I'll check it.

Thank you.

I am sorry I'm slow.  "Enable  mobile theme support" is checked. Is there anything else?

If it is checked the below that the theme panel will be shown that will show which theme you are using for mobile display. Is it Unified? And if not I would suggest you change it to Unified. But you may need to download it first from our theme library. (From our Downloads page).
